So basically, I saw this one picture (pic related) and it got me wondering (since I doubt I can find it elsewhere), how much is there of diapered cosplayers? I swear, I remember a few pictures of a D.Va cosplayer wearing diapers under her cosplay, but I haven't seen that in a long time.

As far as I know there's only one photo that matches the definition of 'diapered cosplay' and it's this Harley Quinn chick from Indycon.

As for OP's picture, it certainly looks like she's diapered. The reflections on her skirt show the curvature at the edges of the padding.
