There is a workaround.
When yotutbe is asking you to login to comfirm your age after you clicked on a video, simply write nsfw before youtube in the link. It should look something like https://www.nsfwyoutube.com/…
It will take you to an other site that will bypass the age comfirmation and play you the video, I think it should let you download it as well.
