It would seem you can post diaper messing and wetting videos on YouTube and it's not considered porn. The fucked part is that if you go into the comment section it's full of what are clearly kids and young teens. There is a workaround.
When yotutbe is asking you to login to comfirm your age after you clicked on a video, simply write nsfw before youtube in the link. It should look something like https://www.nsfwyoutube.com/…
It will take you to an other site that will bypass the age comfirmation and play you the video, I think it should let you download it as well.
