I'm not aware of any free ones, but it doesn't look too hard to make. What are you planning to use it for?

Just usual 3D art pictures(sfm)

Ideally you'd want to shape the diaper to match the character. Do you have the character model already?

Also please for the love of god set your camera's FOV to something reasonable. Too many artists using SFM create horrible, distorted renders because they use a FOV of 80 degrees or something. If you want it to look like normal art it shouldn't be more than 30 or 40.
