From what I've heard, the newer Pampers and Huggies are made with newer, more advanced machines that can make more "hourglass shaped" diapers and have things like "3 channel absorption."

For an ABDL manufacturer like ABU or Bambino, they'd have to spend a LOT of money to build or borrow one of these machines. Since there's a large barrier of entry and P&G and Kimberly-Clark have deep pockets/higher demand for their products, they will have easier access to these machines where they can create these fancy baby diapers.

How specific into design do you want to get? I'm sure Winnie the Pooh and the Muppets are copyrighted but you can get all kinds of colourful diapers, or plain ones with a decorative waistband. What exactly are you looking for?

I have seen people "iron-on" various characters on their diapers, but I dunno how the process works

Copyright issues probably. They went after tykables because snuggies rhymed with huggies.

If only these big time companies would make ABDL company but they never will since it would be a PR nightmare for them to be associated with us.

Imagine how amazing disposable diapers may become in 100 years or so! Toilers may be relegated to history books and museums.

The ABDL diaper brands don't have their own production lines. They simply have actual diaper factories (mostly in China) make diapers to their specifications.
