You could always try get hit by a car while crossing the road three separate times, then falling off a roof. Worked for me.

Wear 24/7 for a few months and you quickly begin losing bladder control.

I've now found myself in the position where I have maybe a minute to find a toilet when I'm not diapered before wetting myself.
