Unless you're extremely cold natured or live in Alaska or somewhere just as cold it's going to get hot down there and unless you want to get powder all over your pants you're going to need undies to keep you cool. That and we'd rather not be exposed for this

The baby pants training pants are pretty well made. If you get the ones with extra padding and wear plastic/rubber pants over them, they can hold a pretty decent wetting (a bit more than goodnites I'd say). I suggest getting them a bit bigger than your usual size, since they can shrink when washing and drying them.

I also have a pair for messing, and they hold messes fairly well, much better than regular undies at least. Be warned that repeatedly messing them will stain/ruin them.
