I normally just sleep in my diaper or bra +diaper. Ive been using my paci every night for 2 weeks and i even wake up with it still in my mouth. I also have a 4 foot teddy, I snuggle. I have princess sofia bed set too!

It's summer right now, and i'm not the biggest fan of wearing diapers in the heat (especially at night, it's hard enough to get to sleep without the extra heat diapers bring) but if I am going to sleep in I just have to make sure I've got it covered. Pants, onesie, whatever, if I go to bed in an uncovered diaper one I can guarantee at least one side is going to come untaped in the night. Pretty annoying, and another reason to not wear as much in summer.

I sleep in just a diaper, so my routine is usually changing out of a wet diaper and in to a fresh one for bed. I tend to be a very heavy sleeper, so it's not possible for me to wake up in the middle of the night to change diapers, and that means I have to be very heavily padded or I'll leak everywhere. What I end up wearing will vary based on how hydrated I am.

I wear 24/7 and to minimize changes I use an Abena M4 with a Bambino Quadro stuffer as my day time diaper, and most often the same setup at night. If I've had a lot to drink before bed, I'll cut holes in the first M4 and put another one over it. Most of the time the single M4 + stuffer is enough, but after more than a few episodes waking up with a very swollen diaper and wet sheets, I started doubling them up when necessary.

Pic related. Really wish the old M4s were still available. Still my favorite diaper overall, even though the new ones aren't quite the same.

Try using clear 3M packing tape over the diaper tapes if they come un-done on you. Gorilla tape also comes in a white version that looks pretty nice too, and it's very strong. I've used both because the M4 tapes tend to come loose on me and I personally hate wearing anything over the diaper when I'm sleeping. Better tape solves that nicely. It also helps keep the outer shell from splitting open because the packing tape has more surface contact.

I don't have much free time to enjoy my diapers so sleeping while wearing one is the only moment I get.

Unfortunately, it's summer here and it's almost impossible to sleep when padded. During the winter, though, there's nothing more comfy.

I have a big bladder, so I have to be careful to not leak because I sleep on my side, whenever I feel the need to pee, I change position to lay on my back and slowly let it go, but often I just end up taking off my diaper and using the bathroom as usual because there's too much pee.

I don't want to go without noticing during the night, I understand the desire, but this kind of thing can easily turn into a big problem.

I need to be hugging something to sleep. Plushie, pillow, blanket, anything soft. But I'll be wide awake until hugging something. If I'm diapered, I'll have to hump it to calm myself down. Usually my big teddybear. Then I'll sleep peacefully tucked down and soft. Easier to just relax and pee when the urge hits.

No set bedtime, it's really hard to get into a proper routine. Don't really get much natural light in my apartment, so my circadian rhythm is off.

Alternate between playing video games and jerking off until 3 in the morning, (usually jerk once, maybe twice but not often), and I am usually in a t shirt and gym shorts. This all happens downstairs in the living room, as I have to share a room and nobody goes to bed until 11, so I don't have time to myself until 11. Usually go upstairs around 3 ish, climb into bed, and wonder why do I do this to myself knowing I have to be up at 7:30. It's pretty dull.

I've tried sleeping while wearing, but it's too hot and constricting (as I mentioned, used to sleeping in loose, cool clothing), and on the two occasions I tried, I woke up with an aching boner that I presume had been there hours before I woke up, possibly since I had gone to sleep. Hopefully this will change when we move into a new home and I will get to have my own room for the first time in my life.

Then I fall asleep to yt videos or homework, which, along with all the caffeine I drink, causes my sleep schedule to be completely fucked most of the time. I'm lucky I'm still in uni, I have no idea how I'll handle a 9-5 job.

Whenever I try and stick to a consistent schedule I just get more and more tired throughout the day. Usually diapered nowadays, maybe with a disposable changing sheet underneath for extra psychological wetting help. I just can't go if I fear about leaks, and my bladder capacity is pretty big.

I can remember about two instances where I didn't completely wake up, wet, and went back to sleep. I've never woken up wet without remembering wetting it. Would love to do the former more often, but even if I wake up it takes me a lot of mental effort to overcome my fear of leaks. I don't have a big problem standing up and wetting, though.

Been doing this for more than 6 years (although night-time wearing increased during the past year I guess), I wonder if I'll ever overcome my bladder shyness.

Other than diaper and pad, I usually wear socks and maybe a large t-shirt. During winter, I might wear a t-shirt with crotch snaps (bodysuit). Onesies are reserved for lying around on the sofa, though, as they are too hot to sleep in (heated waterbed).

I don't have a bedtime, and I usually don't sleep with a plushy. Sometimes I use a pacifier.
