I think the more detailed story goes Nanny is studying psychology and realizes that the mom has a predisposition towards ABDL kinks. I always preferred the stories where characters are being babied entirely against their will, so these two definitely hit the mark for me. Too many of them end up with the character going back to diapers, hating it at first but then eventually realizing that this is all they wanted to begin with and start loving it. Baby's Unexpected Trip and Jackie's Playdate makes the better compromise and just has the character in diapers resign themselves to their situation and getting through it as best they can while still being uncomfortable with it all the way. Disregarding the insane leap in logic that comes with having your parents forcing you back into a baby role in your twenties and the surrounding society seemingly accepting it, this is probably one of the best written takes on how a person would react to the situation. It certainly helps that the domination aspects in Jackie's Playdate are hot as fuck.

I have been thinking about creating some kind of content (art/stories/games) set in a pre-industrial high-fantasy world. Making it all self-consistent is hard though.

The problem is that some baby paraphernalia and child-rearing practices which ABDLs fetishize only really make sense in the modern world. Any fantasy setting without mass-manufacturing technology won't have disposable diapers. Without a modern plastics industry they almost certainly won't look and feel like real disposable diapers.

That said, there are lots of fun things which could be done with magic or sufficiently advanced technology, so it would be nice to see more people attempt fiction in those genres.
