Ironically I watched rugrats a lot as a kid but I never really associated any moment or theme in the show with this fetish other than that one.

Anyone remember that show Yes, Dear? In this episode the main couple are potty-training their kid, and the dad has a dream sequence of what would happen if they never potty-train their son.
