I think the magazine MiA is serialized in is only published digitally. I don't know if that allows for him to have a more flexible release schedule or what. But like you said, at least Tsukushi keeps the quality up to par.

I don't think we have anything to worry about. Those early instances of suffering and perversion scared off the low attention span faggots, like it did for Goblin Slayer. It's also not monopolized by cunts like Funimation or Crunchyroll, so it has even less of that artificially inflated "this is the cool new thing that all the hip memesters are watching!" vibe that some series get cursed with.

With this next batch of new content being all about Best Dad and his rumble of scientific triumph, most normalfags who do have their curiosity piqued are going to be scared off again by something like the stair scene, and if they stay past that, the reveal of the cartridges will be too much for their delicate sensibilities.

Realistically Bonedaddy takes up maybe a movie or three-part OVA's worth of content so I can't imagine they could spend more than 8 episodes on him unless they really stretched shit out as much as possible. I hope to see the first half of season 2 be about Bondrewd and the second half be about AnCap Village; toilets, narehate loli-rape and all.

Don’t forget that the movie coming out in January 2020 is 100% Bondrewd-centric as far as we’re aware, just look at the trailer in the OP. It’s sure to cover the whole arc. Season two will be when we see all of the sixth layer stuff, I doubt we’ll see any of it in the movie besides maybe them entering the sixth layer after the Bondrewd battle. Hopefully by 2020 we’ll have wrapped up the village arc so we can even get a season two. I was originally a secondary-fag who came in after the anime ended around October 2017 and we’ve been trapped on this fucking village arc the whole time as far as I can remember.

Funny you say that because over several years, it was the one and only series aside from Jojo that I heard normalfags at uni gush about. The artstyle is way too cartoony for them to really care about lolicon, shotacon is fine because double standards, and normalfags disliking suffering and edge is a misconception. Goblin Slayer was wildly popular, too, most watched anime of its season in the US, just because of the edgy shit in the first episode.

I've never actually heard anyone but me talk about it in person. Even when I went to see the first movie there was only like 6 other people in the theater besides my party. I think because it's not on Adult Swim it won't really register with normalfags. The first few minutes of episode 1 alone would likely be a bit too much for Adult Swim so I don't think it'll be happening.

And yet by the same token the Simpson's Movie showed Bart's dick. Americans don't give a shit about naked kids so long as it's sufficiently non-realistic.
