We're on the precipice of falling into full Fire Punch territory with the latest chapter having very human interactions and events that likely won't be handwaved away next chapter. How long will it last? Will the elevens' shit taste get this series cancelled? Will SJ send it to a more adult magazine? Chainsawman will be the best manga in SJ.

It's sell-out trash compared to Fire Punch. It has none of the characters, paneling or even dialogue. People even praise the MC for being unique with his obsession over titties and to me it just comes of as an adult trying to write humor for children, because that's what he did.
Come back when he decides to write a piece for adults again.

I enjoyed Fire Punch, but you're really overselling it. Fire Punch was downright silly at times and some of the characters had really simple motivations wrapped up in wacky gimmicks and hyperviolence.

It's got reprints running already. I think it's safe for now. This is Fire Punch territory where shit goes off the rails right after you think everything is set up.
So Denji is a Devil Man because he has a devil for his heart, while Power is a devil that's sentient enough to stay under control. This swordman must have the heart of a sword demon. That seems to be the most powerful combination. Being neither devil or man, like the fox demon noted.

Anon, the entire Eternity sequence is full of great panelling. Through conveying the bizarreness of their location to the creature swallowing up more and more of the space. The fight itself is great too, showing Denji and all the gore in clear detail that doesn't dissolve into a fucking mess. Read those chapters. I read the entirety of Fire Punch and enjoyed it greatly, but Chainsawman so far is doing a much better job of keeping shit consistent in story and art.
