Depends on if you like it enough to dive into all the spin-offs/sequels/side material.

The turning point is late 2012 / early 2013, or anything after CCC. Any new Fate -source material- released after this point probably isn't worth your time. Same for adaptations of anything that started past the turning point. Emiya-san chi is the only exception, with the manga starting in 2016.
