Imagine spending half of your 1 cour budget building a group of friends like the primary K-Ons but more practical and less cake/tea sipping. Dewey was just an angry, impotent dictator who despite knowing full well the scope of the crisis and the solution his brother was attempting (however farfetched the magic "love fixes everything" shtick was to Dewey) and still tried to Stalin his way to victory. And by Stalin his way to victory, I mean hype up a strawman enemy and use this nebulous fear to control the masses; then cause so much insane collateral damage to make it look like he is actually doing something; silence anyone who questions this ass-backward logic and then grandstand in the end and hope that whatever happens looks like his doing.
