Read the first chapter of the manga, then decide for yourself. The manga has more fanservice and the art is pretty good but it skips out on a lot of the background elements and worldbuilding. The LN is a lot darker at times and much more detailed, especially regarding the events actions of side-characters but you'll miss out on the amazing fight scenes of the manga.

It's not really a harem LN since the protagonist has no interest in anything but goblins. I understand that the typical harem protagonist is super dense and doesn't realize the girls like them but he is always physically attracted to them and the only thing Goblin Slayer is physically attracted to is goblin genocide.

Wasn't calling it a harem LN, but I was pointing out that someone who hopes there isn't more romance in the LN and only believes there are presently two characters with romance in the LN is going to get disappointed, because they're wrong off the bat already.

Well sure there are several female characters that seem to be interested in goblin slayer, but i really doubt that any of those romances are going to be developed until the point when he has an existential crisis after slaying the last goblin and whichever girl is there with him at that point steps in to tell him to have children to guard against future goblins.
