I had no idea they were making an anime from that spinoff. That kicks ass. I'd gladly accept another five volumes of One Poker in exchange for something like that.

One Poker already ended in Japan and FKMTKrazy is around 15 or so chapters away from completing it (if you couldn't already tell, they're at the last round).

Hopefully Tonegawa leads to more FKMT adaptations. Gai would be the best choice as Madhouse could bump it up to 12 episodes by extending the ending to feel less rushed. Kaiji S3 would also be good, they already adapted most of the first chapter in the S2 ED

Man I really hope this spinoff does well. I've been wanting Minefield Mahjong animated for a long time but if this bombs I don't think Kaiji S3 has a snowball's chance in hell.
