The marriage thing is a cultural/legal thing in Asian nobility (not European) so it's a bit complicated to understand for us at a glance but probably not for nips.

Not really. It's more like reading Konosuba from the perspective of Megumin instead of Kuzuma, or Altina from the perspective of the spear-knight. With the exception of a few minor details like the fate of Enri, the series largely maintains a lot of the same points, just from a different plot element/focus- like watching an alternate world version of an anime where things are slightly different but the same basic plot plays out 90% of the time. Only Delta isn't covered so far.

Gamma is with Momon, Epsilon had way more screen-time in infiltration shenanigans than in the anime, Zeta has had plenty and will have a bit more to get a new voice. Beta gets Carne village/prince battle.

Even the non-Pleiades maids gets some screen time since they get to pick Ainz outfits one by one.

Alpha being the one in charge to reel them it's way more scattered but it's present.

Aside from what other anons said, my assumption has been that Sebas and the Battle Maids are meantto work in coordination to gankfuck any one who made it to the final floor. Separate they may not be comparable to an individual floor guardian but as a team they may be a force to be reckoned with. They are supposed to be the "last line of defense" before the throne room, I don't think that the 41 would leave it to NPCs that are sub-par to the previous floors.

It's also explained very early in the VN that players and NPCs within a certain level range have auto-immunity to damage and effects from low level sources regardless of what it is, with every ten levels essentially increasing this range until you hit 100 where the source has to be minimum level 61 to even be hurt by anything at level 100. The Pleiades are generally not at a level where they receive this auto-immunity and even if they were Evil-Eye and her comrades are in fact above the lowest tier's minimum cap to be harmed it's just that none of them have the stats to take on Entoma in a direct fight.

While Entoma isn't that strong per Nazarick standards (she was left to loot because people with transportation abilities are quite rare), the pleiades aren't really meant for solo actions, she's a wildcard in the party and around lvl 50 (Naberal and Solution are around 60), plenty of generic NPCs are far stronger than her. Also Gargaran misunderstand the situation completely and call her strong, since she can take her on in close combat (and would win)... but Entoma is a shaman/summoner, she actually sucks at it (but she can do it because she's a wildcard-type char, like Ainz).

That's why when Demiurge casted the spell the two other members of blue rose died instantly, he really didn't meant for them to die. She's just completely above them, despite them being the strongest amongst adventurers (latter on it's explained she was initially forced into it by another of the heroes).

Ainz and his NPC friends cannot innovate new magic, however so long as the new magic is part of the same system he uses he can copy it. The Yggdrasil NPCs and Players seem to be shafted the most since they can't replicate Martial Arts at all.

Demiurge is staging a fake demon invasion in order to make the character of Momon into a legendary Hero, beyond Adamantite tier.. This is important because once Nazarick goes public with Ainz as the Sorcerer King, Momon (now played by Pandora's Actor) will work with Ainz's administration, appearing to the public as a moderating influence and stopping them from getting out of line. Likewise, he has to wear the mask because Demiurge will be known and recognizable once the Sorcerous Kingdom is openly declared, and he wants to also be able to reuse Jaldabaoth later on.

His build isn't great, but because he's a massive autist who memorized the details of literally thousands of the game's skills he could still hold his own in best-of-three PVP, after sacrificing the first bout to learn what his opponent had and develop a counter. The reason he could beat Shalltear was because he knew exactly what she had in her repertoire, and could plan accordingly.

But he also deemed the probability of direct godly intervention rather low, while there definitely is people that can create new spells (hence why Sebas is buying "new magic of the week" at the mage guild) that weren't in Yggdrasil and there is multiple forms of indigenous magic.
