At the least we see plenty men and the schools with senshado clubs might be all-girls anyway, so there might be no boys on the aircraft carriers simply because those of school age have to go to school somewhere and can't accompany their families if they choose to live on the carriers because the only school they'd have access to would be the all-girls tank schools. Thus all the boys live on their own carriers or just on land somewhere.

Well, since expedient solutions are so easy, there's probably legitimately no need for it.

Plus, instead of having to carry along additional empty bottles just for piss, just repurposing the water bottles you have to bring along anyway helps reduce the amount of stuff you need to cram into your tank.

The problem of "human nature" in warfare is probably as old as warfare itself, but it became especially apparent during WWI and WWII. When infantry divisions had to march long distances to relocate to another area of the front the soldiers were given especially constipating food, like crackers and hard bread. This would at least alleviate one half of the equation. Taking a leek was much quicker to organize, and didn't leave nearly as much of a sight behind for the locals to frown over.

In WWII the Germans actually had some trouble with their motorized forces, who would sometimes spend days on the road in the early days of WWII against the Soviet Union. The Landser found a unique and simple method to deal with this: just wave to the guy driving behind you to increase the distance between the vehicles a little, and then shit out the back. The driver was fresh out of luck, but he could take a dump whenever the vehicle halted, or the co-driver took over.

Tankers have been a unique group however. They are confined to their vehicle most of the time, and have no large open hatches to simply hang their rear out of while driving. They were however issued more hard bread and crackers to make up for this.

Females in the military have made the problem of nature a little more severe in the twenty first century. Not only do they need more time to take a piss (which they can do in a squatting position , so there is not much difference between a male and female infantryman there), but they also need pads or tampons (or take the pill) to stop their regular bleeding. Such items are however not stocked up by any of the major armies of the world. The female rear echelon units of operation desert storm can tell you many tales about this.

The problem of peeing on the move is not limited to the military either. Truckers, train operators, and crane operators have to deal with the same issues all the time. There have been many solutions for this, and some are rather ingenous.

Bedpans. A simple pan-like object that is inserted into the bed below the patien's waist to capture any waste they release. This technology is rather old, but it works for tankers and vehicle crews. They just don't have the water/time to clean such a thing, and prefer a disposable version, such as aforementioned cans or bags, which can be easily disposed of and also seal away any smell.

It's an interesting topic, and actually a consideration of the human factor that is not undervalued in the defense industries around the world. I am sure someone wrote their master's thesis about this exact topic already. If any of you have access to some university archives it may be worth looking up.
