After that? The manga entered the generic-shonen-arcs mode, just for the sake of milking the franchise, and that's it for now. Progress has slowed down tremendously (but not stopped, thankfully) and has only filler arcs now, with meaningless side stories, side quests, side characters.

Here's what's happened:

Overhaul is defeated/captured, and his yakuza branch is wiped out with him. The League attacks the convoy he's in on the way to jail, severing his arms and stealing the remaining quirk bullets. Nighteye dies in the hospital from his injuries, and Mirio will remain quirkless for the foreseeable future (i.e. irrelevant). Loli is being taken care of in a pediatric hospital, and her quirk is implied to have become weaker. After that, things go back to normal. In the past few chapters Aoyama has been acting bizarre, so people suspect he might be the traitor. It's not really clear, he could just be autistic.

By the way, it can't be CC. There's no way an incredibly powerful and media-savvy hero like CC could still be around by the time of the main series without ever being mentioned by the main cast; that would create too many plot holes. Unless they decide to call Vigilantes a separate timeline, he's definitely going to be one of Stain's first victims. I'm convinced that that's the reason why he's been set up as an asshole.

Hopefully the festival gets interrupted by a villain attack and ends with a lot of dead characters, including Recovery Girl. I mean there's 2 of the villains that play video games, so they should know how important it is to take out the healers first.

Actually, I'm okay with this arc. It's been ages since the school was actually a school and we got to see the cast. The last arc really burned me because of the sporadic breaks, awkward pacing and how pointless a lot of it felt. I'm willing to give this a chance if it can get back to the academy theme it should've been focused on.

I think that's what rubbed me the wrong way with the Yakuza arc. Every other arc has been something UA has pushed the cast into with a goal of learning something or growing their power, which always happens before or during the fighting. This time it was Deku taking on extra responsibility and what he was meant to be gaining wasn't very clear and got slapped on at the end, the whole smiling thing. At least, that's what I think.

Deku had the long range stomp, didn't he? That wasn't at 100%, from memory. All-Might only had that air pressure swing, but most of his other moves quickly brought him into close range. For long range attacks, Deku had the finger flicks too, you'd think he'd be trying to refine that so he doesn't destroy his hands anymore. Hopefully they make a comeback because they were cool as fuck.
