Anime baker (aka tubbs, tubbaks, anni and probably a few more) has indeed stepped up. He's been here on and off for a long time, also in the wild west days when OSS went rogue, inviting others to do the same. In a situation like that, anons adapt to the environment around them, so do bakers.
Tubbs still has his moments but often shows up when bakers are scarce and (mostly) abides by the 'one anime' rule after he takes the bake.
Whatever we think of anime, he's in no way a groomer.

Not having a sense of professionalism is acceptable now and although they had their moments over the many years we’ve all been here it never was like it is now.
I’ve been spending less time in their when they bake as they don’t take it seriously enough and it’s always been a stage for them.
How this is not seen and just swept away because they “stepped up” is not an excuse for it.
There’s been several time I’ve stepped up when no one else did (and trip coded by past mgmt for telling the truth) but I’m not wearing it my sleeve either like they do or defending them for the issue presented: Professionalism and Attitude
