Im the guy who made it, but Ive been pretty absent these past few years. I guess since I dont come around, Jim decided that makes it "global". I've been wondering for a long time why it hasnt been claimed. I just show up time to time, see the state of affairs, and work through the report queue.
As a fun fact, I was a /b/ mod fot a few years too but that's entirely unrelated. I weasled my way up there by basically living on 8chan, and thus always being in the right place at the right time
