Well, I wasn't exactly look for feedback, especially considering "it looks like crap" and "slapping together like it's SecondLife" are vague comments that don't tell me much. I really just wanted to see what other people like while they give the thread some more life. That's all.
The thing is that I like kemono stuff and western furry stuff equally, which is why I have sort of a blend between the two. I already follow a couple of JP CM3D2 users and like their stuff, but they tend to have this same-y, "slight alteration from each other" look to them, which I personally didn't want to go with for all my maid creations just to stick with a single style.
Yes, I get that this is /kemono/ where most people here have a hate-boner for anything western furry, but I fail to see how that's grounds for immediate disapproval. Besides that, they were posted plenty in the last thread and people didn't seem to mind, so they can't that bad.
That's just my two cents. You can disagree and I'll be okay with it. Just take the time to post what you guys like so I won't have to post more of what I like.

There are no mods for that, sadly.
Honestly hasn't been any new face mods recently outside of the cow face and slanted eye kemono face. Stuff like that really takes awhile to work on since you also need to take the time to edit shapekeys so they don't look weird during facial expressions.
So many face mods I once felt would be easy to make really aren't as easy when it comes modeling using Blender.

It will give translations to some of the maid download and a few VIP events while the rest is handled by an AutoTranslate.

This is true if you're only using the default sliders and pushing them past the 150 mark. However, with the Wide Sldier plugin, if you keep the default breast slider values low while increasing the breast size scaling, you can make them as big as you want while keeping them relatively stable. There's also different scaling for breast position and sub-scaling that will let you reshape them to be as real or as fake looking as you want.
Of course, clipping may/will be an issue with large, scaled up sizes, but it comes with the territory. When it comes to making your ideal boobies, you certainly have options.

Well, I'm referring to Mikumikudance, specifically, which my computer is too toaster to use (mainly rendering and whatnot). To put things into perspective, my computer at best can run Dark Souls 2, and that's putting it through some pretty heavy paces at that. Not to mention, the stuff I want to see involves

Yes, it's very precise slider manipulation. While I have my own preferences for butts, hips and waists, here's good set of guideline pictures I got from /hCMD/ that will give your maid a healthy lower half through the use of default sliders, slider scaling w/ WideSlider plugin and ShapeAnimator's shapekey sliders while using s55555's TKBody.

The TKBody and shape keys definitely helped get things pretty close to the way I want them, thanks! Some poses still don't look quite right though, with the butt cheeks looking too "thin" instead of a continuous shape with the thigh, if that makes sense.
Pic 1 here is the "thin" look, and pic 2 is the more proper look. I suppose it depends on the pose and the angle, the model's bones probably squeeze things too much and make that "thin" look since the designers probably didn't except you to be making extra thicc maids.
You definitely weren't kidding about the clipping though, booty so thick it tears right through panties.

I got it fully working. Switch your system locale to Japanese and use the opgengl32.dll from the Sybaris 64x folder to get mods working. Mods are inserted in the Sybaris/Gamedata folder

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Most mods work by just putting them on the sybaris game data folder, right?

I'm having an issue with the goat stuff mod, the goat/cow ears don't seem to be able to load the textures. Also, is the noseless face only available for the slanted eyes?

Did you place the files in the CM3D2/Mod folder or the Sybaris/GameData folder. For some strange reason, the game client reacts differently to modded files that do not use unique texture/material files (like the ones for the modded goat/cow ears) and placing modded files into the Sybaris/Gamedata folder usually corrects this.

The only way to do that is to create a new menu file for the ears and editing the menu file so that the ears appear as a glasses or eye mask item. That is what will allow your to equip hats and ears at the same time.

Try switching.
