esas hueás las hacen hasta en empresas grandes, pasé por varias cuando buscaba mi primer trabajo.
Nunca entendí cuál era el truco para salir bien parado. Yo siempre he sido bien reacio a tratar de torpedear a los otros postulantes y creo que por eso no he tenido éxito en ellas. En las entrevistas individuales siempre al menos quedaba con la sensación que lo hice bien.
Por suerte hace tiempo que no he tenido que buscar pega, lo más cercano a esa sensación fue postular a un cargo de mayor responsabilidad en la misma empresa.

¿Por que les acomplejan las entrevistas grupales? ¿Tan pencas son socializando que no pueden hablar en grupo?
Una vez fui a una entrevista grupal y lo único que tuve que hacer fue hablar de mi mismo. Antes de la entrevista puedes hablar con los demás citados y huear un rato, a fin de cuentas es más una ventaja que desventaja.

A las entrevistas grupales que he asistido siempre cumplen con la misma formula, que es conocer las habilidades de interacción del postulante, así como su comportamiento en grupos. No es un coliseo romano en que se pelean por ver quien es mejor que el otro, como dije más arriba solo debes hablar de ti mismo ante un grupo.
