I vote for Jarrett, probably one of the absolute best wrestlers around, can talk aswell and easily one of the better heels around in his prime. However he did draw for TNA in the early stages so who knows.

Jarret got his main event push in 2000 WCW, when the company was on the brink of closing down so it has to be understandable as to why he didn't draw back then, no one in WCW could have. There's four teams, hardy's are the only face team and are fighting the revival, cesaro and sheamus are fighting 2/3 of the shield because they have nothing to do and the tag champs have no one to fight. The JUST club is sort of there.

Yep, and add AJ Styles, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Eric Young, EC3, Magnus, Mr. Anderson, Bully Ray and Jeff Hardy to that list. They were never draws and the reason behind the downturn of TNA when they were given the prominent spots on the show.

Jeff Hardy in his last WWE run in 2009 was one of the most popular wrestlers in the world, when he went to TNA, people still like him until 2011 when he went heel and got high as a kite before his main event match with Sting.

By the time EC3 debuted, TNA was already dead in the water, his initial heel run was one of the few saving graces of the company.
