All in all, two of my favorite WWE-related things this year were the entire Ambulance tipping segment and the discovery that Braun Strowman's father was a slow-pitch softball legend decades ago. Oddly enough, most stories on that piece of trivia reference an LA Times profile on Rick "Crusher" Scherr that was published 31 years ago today: http://articles.latimes.com/1986-07-13/sports/sp-20864_1_home-run-king
