Elimination Chamber some fucking time | Rules

So what the fuck was the big deal with the no-chinned midget ruining the women's MITB match for the lulz? I thought everybody liked that scrawny little manlet?

In all my years of watching pro-wrestling, when the fuck did anybody give a shit about the female wrestlers? For teens and adults it was lightweight wank fuel if you didn't know how to use the internet or the good channels were blocked on your cable whilst for children it was boring filler until someone like Rock, Brock or Austin not forgetting LAH-TEE-NO HEAT hopefully came on later in the night. Is it like a feminism thing when they changed the division's name from the admittedly-cringy Divas into plain old Women like it used to be in the Fabulous Moolah days, or is it just Russo-tier booking that will if it hasn't already turned Ellsworth into the jobber equivalent of Ramen Rings?

I guess if anything, this is the cold hard truth that you should let your jobbers stay as fucking jobbers instead of trying to turn them into a character they will never become organically. I mean fuck, it took the Hardys practically 20 years from their initial signing to find their gimmick after years of jobbing out throughout the New Generation era, and now they will either not get the chance to use it or the E will find a way to make it shit. Anyone here old enough to remember Barry Horowitz and how he effectively vanished from the map once Vince de-jobbed him and turned his persona into a stereotypical kike? I see Ellsworth more than likely on the same path at this point.

Ellsworth for some reason became a meme after his first match with Braun Strowman. Everything about him from looking as he does to his 'every man with two hands has a fighting chance' line, and being squashed by Strowman, made him into a meme. Then he began appearing on SD where he was pretty much one of, if not the most cheered babyface they had. But then he went on to beat AJ Styles 3 times and that's when people turned on him, a joke gone to far as they say. He turned heel, quickly ended his feud with AJ and then moved on with Carmella but people stopped caring about him by then and see him as an annoying pest, even though he really doesn't do that much, despite being a regular heel manager. Personally, I thought Ellsworth was ok, beating AJ twice was fine but the 3rd time in that ladder match was once too many. Didn't hate him but just stopped caring about him and since he went with Carmella, nothing's changed for me. For some reason he seems to be hated a lot more than he really deserves smarks still mad that he beat AJ or whatever I guess.

The same people have been demanding this shitty wymymns revolution since the '4 horsewomen' began wrestling in NXT, or back when AJ and Paige were in the main roster. Made people bolieve that wymyns wrestling is an actual thing. Honestly, they're pretty much SJWs, they certainly act like them so there you go, wrestling is poisoned like other mediums of entertainment too.

As far as the womens MiTB controversy, it's smarks/SJWs getting assmad and getting worked so hard into a shoot, overly mad that things didn't go the way they planned, because they are the 'smart' fans and think they know everything so when things go differently, they get mad. Honestly, these kind of people don't know how to shut up and just enjoy wrestling, constantly thinking as if they are the ones writing the shit, analyzing 'workrate' and shit, not just sitting back and taking it all in.

Nah, nerds turned on him around the second or third time he beat The Gay Community.

I'm happy with how that shitty MitB match ended. It got the symbolical ending that it deserved. The women can't wrestle for shit no matter how hard they try, so at the end of the day they need ugly manlets (represented by Ellsworth) climbing the ladder for them and giving the girl of their choosing the win. It's like with that horrible Hell in a Cell match between Sasha and Charlotte, everyone know it sucked balls but the nu-males (WhatCuck) still went on the defensive and PRETENDED that it was the match of the night because "MUH HISTORIC".

Fuck nerds, I hate them so much.

Ellsworth has himself said on Talk is Jericho, that after his first match with Braun, Vince himself came out to congratulate him. Then on another day when he was just visiting on a SD show, Vince went to meet him as soon as he heard he was there. Ellsworth's entire WWE career is thanks to Vince, he finds something intriguing about the man. At this point I don't mind Ellsworth, him and Carmella sort of work now, especially after MiTB. The whole decision to redo the match and then put on the rule of banning Ellsworth seems kinda dumb. For once, Carmella is actually got some real attention on her, she even cut a great promo, and then it all literally got taken away from her by the end of the night. Hope she wins the match this Tuesday. One thing is that the rumored Becky Lynch vs Ellsworth match might actually happen, I'd rather it not.

You're forgetting the fact that those first 2 matches of AJ losing to him, he had him beat with Ellsworth not being conscious, but he lost because of Ambrose. That third time sure Ambrose interfered but having Ellsworth conscious made AJ look like a dunce.

>>65260

I turned on him with AJ but I found the entire MITB situation hilarious.

 No.65322

The heel turn was unnecessary in my opinion. They just needed a way to make Ambrose look strong but still lose, standard WWE booking unfortunately.

What I don't get about the PPVs is the nerds who will shit on a pay per view, but then say it's average. MiTB was a horrible PPV and probably the worst one this year, but most of the ratings I found for it said it was a 6/10 B rated PPV. Years ago nobody would have put up with this shit, and the booking choices made are the reason why WCW died. I just don't understand how they can have a three hour pay per view with the only clean finish being a blatant filler match so low in the card that it might as well be a house opener and nothing got resolved.

Vince was right. He makes people eat his shit, they'll give their complaints that they're eating shit but then will move on, saying it's 'ok' shit and go have seconds.

Pretty much. It's like the average WWE fan is so used to shit that anything that is a shit with sprinkles is a B rating or the like. I generally only check in for PPVs nowadays because RAM and Smeckdown are just pointless filler and are there only to set up for the PPV. It seems that it has infected every level of wrestling at this point and I haven't found a decent wrestling website to say that it was shit while they all say it was one of the best MiTB PPVs in the past 4 years.

Then the worst part of it all is even with the shit content, the reviewers will continue to praise it and people will tune in while the same bullshit happens and has happened for years now while shitting on any indie that tries something new and different.
