Brock Lesnar has not defended the WWE Universal Championship in over 30 days. He must be stripped of the title.

I could say the same thing for dean ambrose. It's worse because he is a regular.

 No.59444

what the fuck is the point of all the fucking titles if they are never defended? Even with arguably the greatest roster a promotion has ever had at one time WWE is still the drizzling shits.

Brock Lesnar does a ton for the title just holding it.

>>59432

The IC should be defended every single show it should be a rule it's supposed to be the workhorse title it should be the center of every feud it is in. It's part the bookers fault for not booking it right and it is part Dean's fault for not treating it like The Miz did or KO/John Cena did with the US Title acting like it is more important to them then anything.

In all likelihood, Brock goes several days at a time without physically touching the belt. I'm willing to wager he went 3 or 4 days in April without even remembering that he's a current WWE champion. He doesn't even make appearances with it.

I mean, why did they take it off Balor?

>because Balor was going to be off TV for 6 months!

Yeah, if Brock wants to be gone 6 months, or even a year, WWE will say okay, but they won't take the belt off him.

In the last 12 months, Brock has wrestled four matches for a total of 22:26. I repeat, for emphasis: Brock Lesnar has wrestled less than 23 minutes in the past year.

His record (not counting his loss in the Royal Rumble) is 2-1. He also failed two drug tests.

>August 21 (Summerslam): defeated Randy Orton (11:45)

>November 20 (Survivor Series) lost to Goldberg (1:26)

>January 29 (Royal Rumble) eliminated Ambrose, Ziggler, and Amore. Eliminated by Goldberg (4:30)

>April 2 (Wrestlemania 33) defeated Goldberg (c) for WWEUC (4:45)

How can you say he deserves it?

2:26

Out of interest I checked how many fights Lesnar has fought in since his 2012 return.

35. In over 5 years.

For comparison, Goldberg fought that many in 5 months during the beginning of his streak.

>>60080

What's your point? Brock's a part timer and Goldberg was a regular back then.

 No.60088

>>60081

There's a difference between part-timer and almost no-timer. 35 matches over 5 months equates to barely 1 fight every 2 months. There are probably jobbers that have appeared more in a shorter timespan than Brock has since his return.

Of course he'll be out of action

Vince is planning to make him be that godlike entity like last time, only to make him lose to Roman in the next Wrestlemania

Since Brock has returned, only John Cena, Triple H, Undertaker & Goldberg have beaten him, all being older wrestlers. None of the newer guys have beaten Brock so it makes sense that the first one who does, will get to be the next top guy of the WWE. Wrestlemania 31 was the perfect scenario for it to happen, too bad the whole thing was screwed up and then you had Brock being an invincible guy for no reason till Goldberg squashed him and people lost their shits over it. Brock's back in top now but it isn't the same as 2 years ago, it feels rehashed, well because it is. The main event of WM31 was such a blunder, Seth didn't even reap the success of that night well, being booked as a terrible champion and then getting injured, delaying his whole feud with triple h.

At this point other than Roman, Braun Strowman is the only guy who could beat Brock. I don't mind really, Roman facing and then finally beating Brock at WM34 will be 3 years too late, wouldn't have the same impact had he won in 2015. With Braun beating Brock and then Roman facing him at WM34, the WWE will get 2 big stars out of it. However, Braun vs Roman has been done too much already and hasn't been great, don't think the match being at Wrestlemania will elevate it highly.

Because he's better than your choice for champion. :^)

He won it, nobody has beaten him for it, and the only person that would be pushed to win it is Roman Noodles.
