Female altar servers--only males may serve at the altar.
Reading of the gospel (and other Holy Scripture) by women--again, only a male, and only one who has been consecrated at least a Lector, may read Holy Scripture during mass.
The congregation does not kneel when the Blessed Sacrament is exposed--might as well be spitting in Jesus' eye.
In general, the congregation almost never kneels or stands. The mass is spent sitting, which is not a position conducive to prayer.

Priest and altar servers do not genuflect when passing in front of the altar--this demonstrates a lack of respect.
Priest only genuflects a few times during the entire service, and almost never crosses himself. In the true mass the priest does both dozens of times.
COMMUNION IN THE HAND. This is a MAJOR red flag. Communion in the hand is a Protestant practice which draws people away from awareness of the real presence of Christ in the sacraments. NEVER ATTEND A CHURCH WHERE THEY GIVE COMMUNION IN THE HAND! Communion should be received kneeling on the tongue, never handled.
