I am looking for a way to create numbers to receive text messages as easy and anonymous like email accounts.

Services like receive-sms-online are good however have many disadvantages. I need a few personal numbers for different purposes, additionally I live in a totalitarian state. so I can not just buy a sim card in the next shop and use it with an old Motorola like it was a few years ago.

Yes I am able. I've even planed a travel to the UK or the Netherlands and buy several sim cards there. However this way requires a lot of time, money an is very uncomfortable, so it does not satisfy me.

I've found it impossible to obtain a Google account with providing a phone number which is linked to a major carrier (and therefore not anonymous). I'd like to completely de-Google with my personal accounts, but before I do I need to ensure I can obtain anonymous/non-personal ones for work purposes.
