I don't think Terry hangs around homeless areas. He is different than your average homeless person. He shaves, he gets his hair cut, he changes his clothes. He's absolutely insane, but he still has his situational awareness, and he's still really smart. A lot of homeless people are too fucked to even talk to, Terry can hold a conversation. You'd immediately know he was crazy, but you can still have a conversation with him.
