there's android apps that will give you a number for free and let you receive calls / messages and/or call out with extreme limits, obviously they want to upsell you all the shit.
all these number ranges are flagged though, you won't be able to use them for any facejew or twitter verification. even paid skype numbers are flagged, you can't even use a paid microsoft skype number to do phone verification on other microsoft services that require it.
