I don't know about this starting a new internet thing, but this might be a good idea for another reason. You see, game theory leads us to believe that the main strategy among different alien groups will be one of total annihilation. That is, if you encounter another species, and there is any chance whatsoever that they may pose a threat, your best strategy will be to annihilate them before they annihilate you. Broadcasting javascript into space may just convince any alien listeners that our species couldn't possibly pose a threat, thereby ensuring our continued existence

What like try to lie to them saying "we dumb you smart, see our main form of computer script we use" I guess that could be an easy way for us to become slaves...or are we already slaves? Cause were the idiots who make shit un-secure and no I don't mean insecure I'm talking about in-secure, huge difference

I mean if I was an alien and wanted to destroy us I'd just make an extremely powerful AI/robot and equip it with network abilitys and make him uplink to Google servers and just out wit the un-secure protocols that all of our systems have. He would then be given lots of different things it could do, upload ai to severs making backup copies of himself while securing servers and military networks and system, then when that happened it would be basically all over, all That's left is to kill everyone or enslave them. I mean all the aliens would have to do is just look at what keeps everything going in our society and break it then everything else will fall

Good so far but your forgetting about videos. I need my videos! Any way to transport videos that wouldn't/couldn't break protocols Or in other words make your system exposed? I like these hypothetical questions/talk but it is a possibility and not totally impossible which makes it all the more so interesting to hear about
