I don't understand why anyone would run a windows server unless there's something non-portable like FakeApp you need running. WS is pozzed to hell because it's headed by an actual windows GUI that you need to pay more money to access using VNC (or TeamViewer if you're poor). And even then, if you could have it headless, powershell is like scratch compared to perl.
