You download the addons and look at the source. They're not obfuscated. Having a git repo isn't requirement for GPL

Open about:support > In the Profile Folder row click on the Open Folder button > Enter the extensions directory, there you have the addons in .xpi format. > Rename the .xpi to .zip. > Extract...You have the source code.
