CloverOS is gentoo with some stuff preconfigured.

1. Download https://useast.cloveros.ga/s/CloverOS-x86_64-20190610.iso

2. Use fedora media writer (https://mbriza.fedorapeople.org/liveusb-creator.zip), rufus or etcher to write to usb

3. Install. If it doesn't install, fuck around with brute forcing permutations of goddamn UEFI bios settings until it finally works.

4. Spend the next several years breaking shit, learning how to google search how to fix it, distrohopping, and shitposting about how much effort you put into a timesink server OS.

5. Look back and realize all that stupid bullshit was actually fucking worth it because microsoft and the government fucking hate you and they've yet again done some horrendous shit that makes normalfags want to switch spyware.

Alternatively you could try BSD. The steps go like this

1. Download BSD iso

2. Write iso to usb drive

3. Try to install.

4. It won't install because you used a sandisk usb drive. Why the FUCK did you think that BSD would be compatible with any old usb drive you had laying around? You stupid fucking idiot.

The thing I like most about it is it's light on the cpu and non-invasive. I can scan whenever the fuck I want. It's the only Av. software I'd consider paying money for.
