They stifle the prospect of competition. A small to medium company now has to develop their ideas with a tainted talent pool of retarded people. Google and other tech giants can afford to get the first helpings of the talent pool, while also absorbing and encouraging the retardation that plagues the entire ecosystem. For people lower in the food chain, they cannot afford to pay to the top salaries to retain competent programmers and now have to hire blue hairs.

Also consider that you have to be reasonably intelligent to do serious engineering. These gaps are a blight in the eyes of an equality obsessed marxist, so instead of letting things sort themselves out naturally, niggers and freaks are artificially added into the workforce to create an illusion of egalitarianism. They choose "tech" because it's something very visible to the common man. Notice that no one is arguing for more niggers in particle physics positions, yet there, the gap would be even larger. If we really want to create chaos, we should force universities to give EQUAL time to niggers when it comes to utilizing particle accelerators (CERN, RHIC, KEK (yes)), the Hubble, and any other time valued academic resource.
