And the second pic eventually matures into the fourth pic. This is a problem I've noticed with a small but growing number of Anons on this board; they're apparently incapable of imagining a monster girl that's been hurt of ever recovering or learning to manage her pain, or even just preferring to keep living rather than be put down like a lame horse at the first injury. I blame the tendency on Weimerica brainwashing the populace into expecting perpetual instant gratification and preventing us from learn perseverance, but still the number of Anons who I've seen automatically wanting to Old Yeller any Mamono who looks even mildly uncomfortable is disturbing. As far as I'm aware of, there's very little content of mutants with physical deformations beyond generic horror stand-ins. A setting with a mutie girl ostracized by the people around her, who isn't some Wes Craven tier wackjob, would be an interesting take.
