With a skirmish of 3 Demon Realm mamono vs. 30 Order men, the mamono would be satisfied with 1 man each as a husband, either disregarding or running away from the rest once they capture their prize. But with 30 Order women, there would be more casualties without the possibility of PTSD Pretty Thick and Strong Dick to keep those monster ladies up at night when the fight's over as a distraction.

I remember someone made a thread long ago theorycrafting about mamono entering our world and the governments of the world overreacting too quickly to find out what they came for. All they figured out was that the monsters could breed with human men and reasoned that women were to be the main force against the monsters because a captured woman would only give one extra unit to the monster forces while a captured man could impregnate a dozen monsters (additive vs multiplicative growth). While that is the most logical way to organize against an invading army of superstrong demihumans females that can birth more of their own with human men, it was never taken into account just how few women would actually want to fight to protect men, which is a laughable concept to many of our own species.
