It's a rough thing to experience, your sanity slowly being drained. It starts off with just a strange noise here and there, it progresses to seeing strange shadows, then full blown hallucinations before this final stage is reached. But once your sanity has been broken by her this one time, you become immune to it. Your sanity returns, and she and other chaos monsters no longer effect your sanity. In fact, it's at this point that you become her's forever; rather, she won't leave you, and you'll always be drawn back to her even if by some crazy chance you want to leave. And at this moment, you gain those slime-like properties that make you pretty much immune to physical attacks. To a shoggoth, draining her master's sanity to zero is her form of a marriage ceremony.
If you have not yet reached this point with your shoggoth meido, there's still time to back out; that is, if she allows it. The more and more you allow her to drain your sanity, the less likely it is she'll leave or allow you to leave; her attachment to you becomes evermore greater. But those who accept will be blessed with a wonderful life with a beautiful and faithful wife and a caring and kind meido. For shoggoths are the best meidos known across all worlds and dimensions and even better wives!
