So this is KC’s original design for Kikimora from the planning/sketching phase.

I think I actually would have preferred this design. Long-haired Kuuderes are 11/10, would sidle up to while she’s working and surprise-grope until her veneer of professionalism crumbles.

Anyone here got any other in-progress scraps to show off?

Sorta; doggos with pointed ears will droop them along with their tails as a sort of 'mercy' gesture, telling the ones above them that they aren't looking for trouble. Kikis just have droopy ears, so it's merely a coincidence.

I know that Dobermans and German Shepherds put their ears down when receiving pats on the head. A symbol of deference would be showing you their stomach.
