Also, I think the torso is too thin and bent unnaturally far forward, but I'm not confident enough to fix that properly.
Everything else seems fine to me. Nice hair, cute eyes and smile.

Left-hand, all of the fingers seem off, and all of the gaps look too large.
I'll definitely give you credit on that making the index finger larger than the ring finger is a good detail when drawing women. Everything else on the pic is still awesome regardless. It's a ComfySnuggle/10.
