How vanilla is your favorite monster girl? I'm not judging, just curious.
I assume that pop culture monster girls like catgirls (in every anime) and kitsune (well-known because of pic related) are probably some of the most vanilla monster girls, along with elves and the like. Well, anything with just two animal ears and a tail is probably as vanilla as you can get.

My waifu is really ordinary by /monster/'s standards, and I can thank Ahri for that. Kitsune are top tier in my mind (because I'm still a weeb and I love them). Absolutely drop-dead gorgeous. Big fluffy tail, with tall, triangular ears full of white fluff, curves like a wave and full lips made for kissing. Absolute Aphrodite, if you know what I mean.
