They'd probably be seen the same as us, their male counterparts, i.e. pic related. Irrational, violent savages trying to be civilized but mostly tolerated in the galactic community for our usefulness as soldiers, mercenaries, scouts, terraformers/explorers, medics, and maybe field/experimental scientists.
