The first pic in the OP is a hand-stitched doll of the character Teagan from a game called Uncommon Time.

Uncommon Time is a RPGMaker indie game whose plot is that the main character Alto who is the Chosen Obe of a prophecy to prevent the world's death by traveling the land, building a dungeon party/music band, and playing a magic song to restore life to the earth.

She starts the game with one companion already recruited, her best friend Teagan, a streetrat who devoted herself to studying the violin just to be allowed to be friends with Alto by her noble family.

The conflict of the first half of the story arises from the fact that Alto's family has kept the prophecy secret from the rest of the world, so Teagan doesn't know the true purpose of the journey, and along the way learns only bits and pieces, such as that preforming the song will kill Alto and that she was abused by her family during her training for the ceremony. So she tries to sabotage the journey and talk the rest of the cast into giving it up, seeing it as just a senseless cruel sacrifice of her best friend, over said friends insistence of the legitimacy of her cause.

The eventual irreconcilable rift between Alto and Teagan is the main lynchpin of the character drama of the game, and fans are split over who was in the wrong for it.

Is Teagan the bad one for almost dooming the world and threatening to kill Alto in some insane attempt at "freeing her", or is Alto at fault for nevervtelling her the whole truth, turning the rest of the party against Teagan when she starts complaining and asking questions, and pushing Teagan to the point of violence?

In truth it's a very grey, high-stress situation and both girls are being short-sighted bitches, but because Alto is the one who wins out in the end in canon, fans tend to overcompensate by doubling-down in support of Teagan in fanworks.

In bloodborne eldritch creatures as well as abominations bleed pale blood. The player character is the only one who "changes" and doesn't bleed pale blood. The doll we see is in the Hunter's Dream tied to Gehrman, the real doll was left behind in the real Workshop. The idea is that the doll in the dream is clearly something of Eldritch in nature and power. Her dialogue also changes based on an item you can give her and bosses from the expansion. Namely speaking Maria, as Maria is the hunter Gehrman had the hots for but she did not like him that way, so he made the doll in her likeness. Fuck her fight, she has a third phase and it's total bullshit. Essentially an AoE on top of a fucking AoE ability.
