pretty much a full overhaul. the humans keep a few units as-is, namely the mortar team and priests, but almost all the buildings are changed, and i've completely changed their playstyle, to be, essentially, very defensive tower builders with no air units. (probably will need a -lot- of rebalancing to keep their units sub-par and their towers non-OP)
i'm also giving every race an 'ultimate' unit that takes ages to build and is really expensive, kind of like in supreme commander
for orcs, i'm going to have them be the most 'generic' race, spanning most of the creep / mercenary types. their gimmick will be they don't use lumber for anything and just buy units.
the elves are going to have a few really weak buyable units, but their shtick is 'quality over quantity' with individual wisps upgrading into almost all of their unit types.
the undead i'm not sure about, but i'll probably make their thing being able to summon swarms of weaker units + having strong magic and air.

Why do you need to flip into something that you already are? I don't know how long you've been transitioning, but it should just be your natural personality and not some differential between your boy and girl side. Bilingual speakers don't switch between english and spanish modes of thinking, it just happens and the two languages tends to fuse in there head to one being. Like my older brother commonly says Russian sayings in English, and doesn't even notice that to doesn't make sense in the language being spoken until it's pointed out to him.
Like stuff like this just makes all this cutesy boy/girl stuff come off as incredibly saccharin.
