Originally, it was an advice board. But I gave up on that since you needed to be here 24/7 reading and responding in a timely manner.

That's the deal.

They were never happy with anyone. It could be the most trusted member on the board and they'd complain about themselves not being mod.

The funny part is that after I left they cycled through a few board owners until they all decided Test was the board owner….Which, he was a mod to begin with.

And last I checked they were complaining about the board owner before test trying to become board owner again.

Always something with them.

Honestly, you're pretty lucky.

People pull stunts, cut you off, slam on the breaks, drive in the turning lane at 50mph, drive on the shoulder, flip you off come into your lane without looking and all manners of other stuff.

I've gotten used to driving like that that everywhere I drive I'm the most aggressive person on the road.

Also, jacked up trucks are a menace to society.

The fortunate part about Houston is that there's either enough space to drive or there's no shoulder.

I-45 is a great example of fun driving experiences.

The two I've looked at the most. Some people want quite a bit for a non modded Miata, but most others are reasonably priced. I just can't afford two cars right now.

Good luck on that. I hear Miatas are pretty nice to work on however. I recently did work on my own. A weekend is needed to ever do anything on a vehicle it feels like.

This is a fact.

Every time somebody tries to merge into me it's usually a woman.

>>43580

Yes, the 3rd gens are still a bit pricy, and the 4th gen new ones are still too new to even consider. Miatas have sadly got the ricer tax put on them over the years, so a cleaner NA/NB is tougher and tougher to find at a reasonable price.

They're simple, but it's still very cramped to work on. Especially if you need to get underneath the tranny.

A weekend is necessary, because things don't always go smoothly, and more time is usually needed.
