Honestly, you're pretty lucky.

People pull stunts, cut you off, slam on the breaks, drive in the turning lane at 50mph, drive on the shoulder, flip you off come into your lane without looking and all manners of other stuff.

I've gotten used to driving like that that everywhere I drive I'm the most aggressive person on the road.

Also, jacked up trucks are a menace to society.

Yes, the 3rd gens are still a bit pricy, and the 4th gen new ones are still too new to even consider. Miatas have sadly got the ricer tax put on them over the years, so a cleaner NA/NB is tougher and tougher to find at a reasonable price.

They're simple, but it's still very cramped to work on. Especially if you need to get underneath the tranny.

A weekend is necessary, because things don't always go smoothly, and more time is usually needed.
