I was on their Patreon site and guess what they do: Questions about if they have permission of Akabur are answered so formulated that one would think they HAVE permission AND ANY comment about how they have no rights to the assets gets delected IMMEDIATELY, even if the original post was completely unrelated.

For a time "BMC" even posted on nearly EVERY big "adult"/"lewd" art patreon posts (ofc only the open to public ones, cause they NEVER support ANY other Patreon) so they get more covereage from people, which resulted in them getting banned from posting on most of em.

I also saw a discussion between them and someone regarding copyright and stuff. It was more or less like this:

"What you are doing is illegal"

"Not where we are comming from lol Many fans want a more "Princess trainer" content and we make it for em"

"You are from Russia right? Still illegal. Also if you are real fans you WOULDN'T LOCK IT BEHIND A PAYWALL/MAKE MONEY FROM OTHER PEOPLES ASSETS (and it MAY resulted in Akabur giving the ok)"

Their Translations are shit. Some sentences do not make any sense. Their non tracing art is shit. worse than Tropic. They are being assholes making it seem like Akabur helped using his name at the game launch.

Well they're trying to spin their own story I guess, and tbh the original PT plot was shallow (though WT was even less plot, only one location). But you're right, they started with a rip-off, not the finest behaviour…

Now we got choice of JA and IW, both 'advancing' the original idea / game story. Both still suck. At least JA could become a trainer, with IW I'm not sure about what the devs are trying to create.

I'll be fine if they give Azalea more Slutty stuff.
