Instructions:

1) If you don't have it, download RPG Maker VX from here

2) Download the game, the decrypter and the English patch

3) Extract the game

4) Run the decrypter (instructions here

5) Copy the new directories from the "extract" folder creater by the decrypter into the game directory (don't forget to delete the rgss3a file after)

6) Extract the English patch and copy the contents into the game directory. Replace everything.

6) Enjoy the game

Renpy is a good engine for trainer games, RPGMaker is not. It's perfectly reasonable to avoid all RPGMaker games and look for the actually good ones.

Try going to your childhood friend's house at night. It's on the second town map from the right, the same map where you get the brochures part time job.

Also you get access to jobs at the armory and at the item shop later on.

Plenty of content, but it actually requires you to play it, which can mean grinding. However the grinding involves lots of kinky sex, so I guess it all comes down to personal preference.
