I do a lot of my roleplays through Omegle and Yiffspot and it seems like whenever I ask one of my partners what their interests/kinks are, most respond by disconnecting. I do this out of respect for my partners, but I think this comes off as lazy, or perhaps my partners don't have a lot of experience and expect me to set up the roleplay for them. Anyone else experience something similar?

Yiffspot has a nice system where your partner automatically sees the kinks you listed and vice versa, so this isn't as much of a problem on there. I'll try this approach on Omegle.

Sounds like a case of "needs better partners"

Then start by listing your own kinks, with some sort of "tell me which you like and what yours are" prompt.

Posting your own with a prompt to pick ones they like from there and share theirs should help this too.

If you use omegle, use your kinks as the interest tags so that when you connect with people you will start by seeing which kinks you have in common.

If you hit someone with, say, "noncon" in common, you can start by asking what kind of noncon scenes they like to roleplay and they are less likely to run because they know that you are into it too.
