The first is ridiculously broken power as long as you ask the right question. You could get a job with the government spying on people or you could do something as simple as make a killing of off a quiz game shows once the internet has developed enough for things like wikipedia. You could probably fake or would help with jobs that require you to know facts or you could become a conman too with that ability. Possibly play the stock market with this ability, if you ask about insider trading or something.

Coral Draw allows you to create your own eternally youthful peak human waifu bodyguard.

Biggest issue with netscape for me is waiting til I would be old enough to use it to its full utility. I was 7 in 1997.

Can either drive any select politician completely insane with voices in their head, or impersonate a deity and control their actions. The "hallucination" bit is even more powerful, since it doesn't limit the NUMBER of people I can affect. So I could make literally every person on the planet simultaneously hallucinate a message from "God" that will even show up on cameras. Holy shit. I could rewrite the Ten Commandments to include giving 11-year-old boys all the candy they want (which would have been at the top of my list in 1997), among other things.

And now I can also create Angels or golems to spread my words and commands even more effectively. I'll have the entire world under my thumb before starting high school!

Enhanced running and carrying capacity with no stamina loss would make me an excellent soldier/merc for hire. I would show off at first and run to college on the freeway or something until the government took notice. I'd enlist in some army or CIA program to protect America from terrorism and foreign threats. Use DIR to help find the enemy, use agents near there to scout and make sure the target doesn't leave, next day/and or when ready use my teleport power to bring myself and my small hit unit to teleport directly on top of the foe and wreak havoc. If we're smart we'd lock up the area for a day to recoup my power and then I'd teleport us back home or to wherever we need to blacksite the target. I'd aim to prevent the columbine shooting, 9/11, and various disasters from ever happening. Whether this changes the future for the better or worse I don't know but at least I'm trying. I just hope the rad metal music can at least change between the songs of the original DOOM soundtrack and isn't loud enough for me to receive sit-rep over a headset.

How to start WWIII in no more than 200 days:

Take SimCity and AIM.

Since the sizes of the tiles in SimCity are known to be 16 meters on a side, and "road" tiles take up the full width of a tile, practically speaking it means that you can generate 2 miles by about 52 feet of pavement per week. Once you save up for 100 days, you can make a rectangle of pavement that is 2 miles long and nearly 750 feet wide.

So, you use AIM to link up with Kim Jong-il, the Supreme Leader of North Korea. By 50 days, your connection will be strong enough for him to take your advice that he should begin bringing serious amounts of military paraphernalia to a predetermined city alongside the border with South Korea, over the next 50 days. When you hit the 100-day mark, instantly pave over a 750-foot width of the DMZ near the city. All the walls, mines, fences, guard towers: all flattened and conveniently drive-able on. Since you've reached this magic number of 100 days, if you now tell Kim Jong-il to invade South Korea with all the the military power he's amassed, he will do so.

The second Korean War will begin, the USA will get involved, and then China and Russia get involved, and then the nukes start flying. If by some reason this doesn't happen naturally, use AIM to link up to President Clinton, wait another 100 days, and then convince him to start launching 'em.

Sit back and watch the fireworks.
