I am going full waifu with no regrets.

My talents cost 44 points, but my negatives give me 14 extra points. With this setup, my slime waifu will be able to take the form of anything I desire thanks to (auto-shaping). Not only will the shape be perfect, but so will the color down to each strand of hair thanks to (colorful). She will even be able to perfectly change her voice to match the form with (musical). She can make herself feel like a solid woman and even cosplay with clothes thanks to (major cohesion). With (healthy) even if I suffer what would otherwise be a fatal injury, as long as I'm not in pieces my waifu should be able to heal me by using a piece of herself. I'll also be immortal thanks to (healthy). I will never need to work because my waifu makes me (rich). With (romantic) we should be able to have sex far more often than biology would normally allow.
I will have to suffer through a few days of food poisoning each month to sustain my immortality, because I did not take (yummy), but that's a small price to pay for the perfect waifu, being rich, and being immortal.
For negatives, I don't feel too bad about taking (submissive) because it does not eliminate her own will. It was described as only a "small fraction". She'll only be slightly more inclined to listen to orders, and she'll become a little more clingy. This was an easy pick. The (sleepy) choice does hurt a bit. She'll sleep 12 hours a day instead of the normal 8, but since neither of us need to work this should still leave us with more time together than most couples have. The (drained) choice sounds bad, but with major cohesion there's no way she'll go down a drain easily.
For companions I am going with the gamer slime, the blue slime, and the cute Kitsune. We can hang out and play games.
